Your privacy matters at Cooloria (cooloria.app). This policy explains what data we process, why, and your rights under the GDPR and Brazil's LGPD.

1. Data we collect

• Account: name and email when you sign up to save favorites and build books.
• Content you create: comments and photos uploaded to the AI tools (see section 4).
• Usage data: anonymous browsing metrics via measurement cookies.

2. How we use data

To run your account, generate and print drawings, reply to messages, prevent abuse/fraud and improve the site. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use essential cookies and, with your consent, measurement and marketing cookies:

• Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity — usage stats and heatmaps.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — campaign measurement.
• Google AdSense — ads (when enabled).

These load only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime by clearing this site's cookies. See the Cookie Policy.

4. Uploaded photos (photo to drawing)

When you upload a photo to generate a drawing, the file gets extra care:

• Uploaded over a secure connection (HTTPS/TLS).
• Stored with a random name, in a non-listable folder, and encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
• Used only to create the outline and automatically deleted right after conversion — and in any case within 1 hour.
• We do not use your photos to train AI models, publish or share them with third parties for our own purposes.

Only upload photos you have the right to use; avoid images of other people without consent.

5. Sharing

We share data only with providers that make the service possible (hosting, image generation and the analytics services above), limited to what is necessary.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to contato@cooloria.app.

7. Children

The site is family-oriented. Accounts must be created by parents or guardians. We do not knowingly collect children's data without guardian consent.
